I don't think so, the variable didn't exist until episode 11, and it's called ep11 kiss.
For me, she's virtually in the same place as before, but there's now more girls under her position.

To fix everyone's saves, DPC just needs to write a few lines of code in the ep12 header file to check if there's a bio entry in the phone.Anyone else notice that the (ep11 kiss sally) variable sets as TRUE as soon as Episode 11 starts, and then it remains TRUE at the end of the episode whether you kiss Sally or not?
For me the repairs of the mansion causing such a struggle is kind of absurd since Tremolo just inherited $5000. Maybe DPC ahould have let the inheritance thing happen latter in the game when money wasn't so much of an issue (or viceversa, when it became necessary for something more important... say, to pay the medical bills to save someone's life).
